2024/5 GEM Report consultation empowering teacher leadership
Global consultation with participants attending the 14th TTF Policy Dialogue Forum.
In the side-lines of the 14th TTF Policy Dialogue Forum, and the GEM Report will co-host a consultation to inform the next GEM Report.
The consultation will provide a brief introduction to the rationale for the 2024/5 GEM Report, before giving the floor to two school and education leadership specialists to share brief insights from their unique viewpoints on what constitutes effective school and teacher leadership, and why effective leadership is increasingly viewed as key to large-scale education reform and to improved educational outcomes.
