Education representatives from the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) will present findings and recommendations from the GEM Report's Spotlight on basic education completion and foundational learning in Africa report at the Ethiopian Universities Meeting. The forum will include over 50 representatives from East African universities, researchers and IGAD country representatives.
