联合国海洋科学促进可持续发展国际十年
(2021-2030)
联合国宣布海洋科学促进可持续发展国际十年（2021-2030），旨在扭转海洋健康衰退趋势并召集全球海洋利益相关方形成共同框架。框架将确保海洋科学能够为各国创造更好的条件，进而实现海洋可持续发展。
海洋是地球表面最大的组成部分，具有稳定气候、维持物种生命和人类福祉的功能。然而，据2016年出笼的首份《世界海洋评估》报告，大片海洋正在严重退化，海洋系统的结构、功能和效益也发生了变化和衰退。
此外，预计到2050年全球人口将增长至90亿，届时，各种压力对海洋的影响将会进一步趋加大。
