The objective of the project, implemented in partnership with the Nairobi City County Government, is to comprehensively review the laws and policies related to culture; draft a statistics framework that supports collection of cultural data in the county; and build the capacities of the county cultural staff on matters pertinent to cultural and creative industries and the status of the artist.
