UNESCO Tashkent Office launched a week-long series of workshops and discussions under the UNESCO EU funded TVET project, focusing on building a robust National Qualification System in Uzbekistan on 10 June 2025. The opening session brought together key partners, including the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations, the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and international experts. Ms. Brigitte shared valuable insights from France’s experience in qualifications reform.

The workshop was a platform for sharing knowledge, discussing challenges, and exploring solutions to strengthen quality assurance and ensure that reforms create real opportunities for Uzbekistan’s youth. Together, we are moving forward with a shared vision: to build a fully functioning National Qualifications System in Uzbekistan – one that promotes inclusive, quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all.
