Now available: Memoirs of the Closing Ceremony of the UN International Year of Water Cooperation 2013

The Memoirs contain statements of the closing ceremony, outcomes and conclusions of the plenary sessions and of the thematic working groups as well as an account of Mexico in the UN International Year of Water Cooperation 2013.
Under the Technical Cooperation Agreement signed between the National Water Commission of Mexico (CONAGUA) and UNESCO in December 2013, the Government of Mexico through CONAGUA, hosted the high-level event of the Closing Ceremony of the International Year of Water Cooperation.
With over 400 participants from 60 countries and over 200 institutions including government agencies, development banks, international and civil society organizations, privat companies, academics, etc., the celebration provided an overview of the main achievements of the International Year.
