91麻豆国产精品自拍 launched a new initiative designed to empower young leaders to drive change through intercultural dialogue. This year鈥檚 theme is 鈥Learning to Collaborate for a Shared Future 鈥 Using dialogue to foster social cohesion in a world on the move.鈥

Through this programme, UNESCO is cultivating a new generation of Youth Leaders for dialogue, cohesion, and peace, equipping them to lead transformative action at local, national, and global levels.

Selected participants will become part of a dynamic, international network of young leaders and changemakers, gaining the opportunity to promote intercultural dialogue and create meaningful impact in their communities.

What the programme offers:

1. Capacity-building

Participants will take part in a structured capacity-building programme that includes:

  • Online training workshops 鈥 An immersive series of strategic sessions designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and tools to embody intercultural leadership and implement concrete projects to support intercultural solutions within their communities.
  • Ongoing learning and exchange 鈥 A continuous platform of training and exchange will help reinforce the skills and knowledge needed as participants begin to implement their projects (see below for more details).
  • Peer-to-Peer learning and mentorship 鈥 Regular knowledge-sharing sessions and personalised coaching will be provided to guide participating young leaders as they carry out their community projects.

2. Financial grants for community projects

After the initial training workshops, participants will finalise and submit a proposal for a community-based project. These projects will draw on the knowledge and skills gained during training and reflect the programme鈥檚 theme: 鈥淟earning to Collaborate for a Shared Future: Using dialogue to foster social cohesion in a world on the move.鈥

Upon approval, participants will receive a grant of 10,000 USD to implement their projects, along with continued training, peer support, and mentorship.

3. A global network and lasting impact

 Participants will also engage in activities aimed at amplifying the long-term impact of their work in global policy discussions. These include:

  • Access to a Global Alumni Network that provides ongoing exchange, learning, and opportunities;
  • Participation in the Global Youth Dialogue for Peace, a forum that brings together young leaders and decision makers to share best practices, foster learning, and explore avenues for influencing policy;
  • Access to UNESCO resources, toolkits, and methodologies for scaling effective approaches;
  • Opportunities to contribute to the UNESCO Global Intercultural Action Observatory, a repository of insights and best practices to support policy advocacy in favour of intercultural leadership for peace and cohesion.
