Governments, intergovernmental organizations, and members of civil society are encouraged to organize activities to support the International Decade and to use the logo of the Decade to promote its visibility. 

Registered partners can use the IDIL 2022-2032 logo for their events and activities, subject to approval. The logo is available in the six official United Nations languages. There is also a version of the logo without text. 

The Secretariat of IDIL2022-2032 will grant the logo usage for events and activities that are:

  • directly related to the International Decade of Indigenous Languages;
  • in accordance with the , its outcomes and its outputs; and
  • taking place in a country, territory, city or area where the legal status and territorial boundaries are recognized by the United Nations.

A request to use the logo can be made during the . You may be asked to provide more information on the event or activity. Upon review of the logo usage request by the Secretariat, you will receive an email with the decision and the conditions for use of the logo.
