About UNESCO in Uzbekistan

Since joining UNESCO in 1993, Uzbekistan has strengthened its cooperation through the UNESCO Office established in 1996. The Office supports key projects in education, media reform, and heritage preservation, and helps promote cultural diversity and sustainable development across the country.
