The project, implemented in partnership with the National University of Costa Rica, aimed to improve the monitoring of the decent work conditions of young artists in Costa Rica by formulating a proposal for the evaluation and updating of the National Policy on Cultural Rights, which was submitted to the Ministry of Culture and Youth for its consideration. This proposal was carried out through a participatory process that included young artists and the organized artistic community.
